
Step 1: Pick Your Shirt. Select from different styles available in each category. To change categories, select the drop down at the top. Once you have selected your shirt, click the color swatch to change the color of your product.
Step 2: Add Art. Click the add art tab to choose from thousands of different images or upload your own art. Click Select Group to browse through different categories of clipart, once you find the image you like click it to add it to your shirt. Once its on your shirt, you can move it around by clicking and dragging the image to the desired location. Click the rotate icon on the bottom of the studio to see the back of the shirt and add art to the back.
Step 3: Edit Art. You can adjust the size of the image by clicking and dragging the yellow arrow in the bottom right of your image. To Change the color of your image, click the blue box next to color to show the stock print colors. Click the color you would like to use and it will display on the shirt. You can also rotate your design by clicking the icons. To delete images, click the image on the shirt and then click the red X at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Add text. Type your text into the box and then click the “+” button. Your text will appear on the template, where you can move or resize the text. You can then change color, spacing or rotation of the text by using the buttons on the left. To add different text effects, click the drop down menu next to Straight and select from different options. Use the slider to adjust the effects. You can also change fonts by scrolling through the options at the bottom of the left panel.
Step 5: Purchase. Click Add to Cart to review your design and enter in sizes and quantities. Proceed through checkout and your order will ship in 3-5 business days.

Q. What is the minimum order?
A. There is a 12 piece minimum for custom screen printed orders. For banners, you can order 1 at a time.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Standard Turn-around time for custom multicolor screen printing orders is 5 business days from the day your order is placed until it ships. 1-color designs will ship out within 3 days. Transit time vary anywhere from 1-5 days depending on where you live. Click to show transit times.
Q. How do I get a price quote?
A. To get a price quote on a design you have just created, click on the Pricing and Ordering tool panel in the Design Studio. Enter your quantities and click the "Calculate Price" button.

Q. Can I see a sample before my order goes into production?
A. With our Design Studio, you can view your custom design on any of the products in our catalog. Due to the time and cost associated with set up, physical samples are not available.
Q. How do I save money?
A. Here are a few factors to consider to help you meet your budget.
- Brand – Gildan Shirts are your best bet for a low cost, good quality shirt. Check out American Apparel and Bella for higher end products
- Quantity - Buying in bulk helps you keep your costs down.
- Garment Color – Light colored shirts are less expensive than dark colored shirts
- Print Colors – The more colors you add in the design, the more expensive the shirt becomes
- Print Locations – Printing on the front and back of the garment is more expensive than printing on just one side.
Q: Is the preview I see exact?
A: DesignYourShirt.net allows you to see a virtual sample of the final product. However, due to the nature of computers, colors will vary from screen to screen. Q: What type of files can I upload?
A: The files that are the best to work with are vector files such as an .eps or .ai file that have been created in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator. Before saving these files make sure to convert all fonts to outlines. Bitmap images such as .jpg, .tif, and .gif can all be uploaded as well.
